How to Obtain a Certification of Disposition
A Certificate of Disposition is an official document from the court that indicates the final deposition of a case. It shows the crime you were charged with, the date you were convicted, and the sentence you were given.
If you want to get the Certificate of Deposition you need to go to the central clerk's office in your county with the following:
A docket number of each case
Your photo I.D
Your birth certificate
Your social security number
The Date that you were arrested.
